Upper wears have an estimated cost of Rs. 1,500,000 with bid security of Rs. 30,000, while caps or hats for malies have an estimated cost of Rs. 2,150,000 with bid security of Rs. 43,000, for a total estimated cost of Rs. 3,650,000 and total bid security of Rs. 73,000. Bids are submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Lot-wise lowest rates of technically responsive firms will be considered, and financial bids will be opened only for technically qualified firms.
