Bus Tyres Government College Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of bus tyres with an estimated tender amount of Rs. 1,365,000 inclusive of all applicable taxes and bid security of 5% amounting to Rs. 68,250. Bids are invited from eligible firms registered for income tax and sales tax under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System. Bidders must be active taxpayers for NTN and GST, or provide evidence of applicable exemption. The lowest evaluated bidder will be determined using the accumulative rate for the whole tender. Bids must be submitted exclusively through EPADS by 10 September 2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM the same day in the conference room of the institution through EPADS. Bid security in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft in favour of the Principal must be uploaded with the bid and the original instrument submitted before bid opening. Rates must include taxes, installation and transportation or freight charges. The successful bidder must provide a 10% contract guarantee within seven days of award and deliver the goods within 15 days after issuance of the procurement order.
