Description
Procurement of purified Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) vaccine during the current financial year 2026-27 on free-delivery-to-consignee-end basis, with an estimated cost of Rs. 1,726.404 million. The procurement covers vaccine requirements allocated under CM Punjab Livestock Card Phase-2 at Rs. 170.15 million - CM Punjab Progressive Control of Foot and Mouth Disease at Rs. 56.254 million - Purchase of FMD Non Development Side at Rs. 1,500 million. E-bids comprising technical and financial proposals are invited from pre-qualified firms and bidders through the E-Procurement System under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidding documents contain detailed specifications, quantities, terms and financial proposal requirements and are available electronically free of cost. Item-wise original bid security of 2% of the estimated amount of quoted items is required in the form of CDR from a scheduled bank, with photocopies uploaded with the technical bid. Bidders must provide their lowest prices because price negotiation is not permitted. Technical e-bids are opened on the same day as submission. Bid validity extends to 30 June 2027.
