Description

Hiring of internal audit services for a consultancy term of three years, subject to satisfactory annual performance review by the Audit Committee and Board of Directors. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 18 million for the three-year term and the bidder is selected under the Least Cost Based Selection method in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Pre-qualified firms are invited to submit duly completed, signed and stamped technical and financial proposals using the Standard Forms prescribed in the RFP. E-bids must be submitted exclusively through the E-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System before 9 September 2026 at 3:00 PM. A bid security of PKR 180,000 is required in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order according to EPADS requirements. Technical proposals are opened on 9 September 2026 at 3:30 PM in the PTPL Board Room, while financial bids remain unopened and their opening date is to be announced later. Proposals not submitted in the prescribed format or containing missing information may receive no credit or be discarded.
