Hiring Of External Audit Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of external audit services for a consultancy term of three years covering audit, review and assurance engagements, subject to satisfactory performance review by the Audit Committee and Board of Directors, shareholder appointment at the Annual General Meeting under the Companies Act 2017 and annual contract review. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 25 million for three years. The procurement uses the Quality and Cost Based Selection method under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Pre-qualified firms must submit duly completed, signed and stamped proposals using the Standard Forms of the RFP exclusively through the E-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System. E-bids must be submitted by 10 September 2026 at 3:00 PM and opened at 3:30 PM the same day. A bid security of PKR 500,000 is required through CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order in accordance with EPADS requirements. Technical proposals are opened in the PTPL Board Room, while financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened.
