Digital Streamers Smd Display Rights Tender Notice
Description
Grant of rights for installation, operation and display of Digital Streamers or SMDs at designated locations in Sialkot for a period of five years. Locations include Paris Road with 50 LED poles and a reserve price of Rs. 3,240,000 per year - Shahabpura Flyover with 31 LED poles and a reserve price of Rs. 2,008,800 per year - Jinnah Flyover with 55 LED poles and a reserve price of Rs. 3,564,000 per year - Sial Flyover at Sublime Chowk with 65 LED poles and a reserve price of Rs. 4,276,800 per year - Muzaffarpur Flyover with 76 LED poles and a reserve price of Rs. 4,924,800 per year - Pul Aik Hajipura, Daska Road Walking Bridge with a 6 foot by 45 foot display location and a reserve price of Rs. 1,500,000 per year. Bid security is 10% of the respective reserve price. Bidding documents cost Rs. 5,000 non-refundable. Sealed bids must be submitted by 10 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 12:00 PM. The successful bidder must quote annual tenancy not below the reserve price, with a 10% increase in annual tenancy each year. The bidder bears installation, operation, maintenance, electricity, repair and allied expenses. Only technically qualified bidders achieving at least 75 out of 100 marks proceed to financial bid opening. Prohibited political, religious, objectionable or otherwise unlawful content may not be displayed.
