E-bids for multiple District Council schemes based on MRS 2nd Bi-Annual 2026 rates covering supply of stationery and other accessories - supply of Panaflex, steamer, sweets, gifts and flags - illumination of government buildings on daily rental basis - supply and fixing of tentage materials, generators, beam lights and related items on daily rental basis - supply of electricity street light material - supply of plants, grass carpet, grass loss and excavation - supply of food items for national days, religious events and flood emergencies on government direction - repair and maintenance of water pumps, motors, generators, vehicles, batteries, de-watering sets and canvas pipes. Estimated costs range from Rs. 2,860,000 to Rs. 19,800,000 with bid security at 5% for each scheme. Contractors and firms must be registered with PPRA E-Procurement and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category or codes for 2026-27. Bids are submitted electronically through Punjab E-Procurement under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals. Bid security is paid online through Bank of Punjab before uploading the bid. Bidders must quote rates against each entry or item of the approved DNIT or BOQ and complete rate analysis, summary and sub-summary pages; incomplete financial bids are non-responsive. Performance guarantee up to 10% may be required through permitted banking instruments, and insurance-company guarantees are not accepted.
