Description
Supply, delivery and after-sales support of tyres, tubes and flaps for the University transport fleet. Technical and financial proposals are invited on Single Stage-Two Envelope basis from manufacturers, authorized distributors, importers, sole agents of foreign principals and well reputed firms or companies having sufficient managerial, technical and financial capabilities. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 14 September 2026 at 10:00 AM and opened online at 10:30 AM the same day. Manual bids are not accepted. Bid security of Rs. 204,660, representing 2% of the estimated amount, must be submitted electronically in accordance with Punjab E-Procurement requirements, otherwise the offer is non-responsive. Tender documents are available electronically free of cost to registered bidders, and the procuring authority may reject all bids under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
