Framework rate contract for clinical laboratory supplies during FY 2026-27 covering Rapid Diagnostic Kits/Devices - clinical laboratory items including vials, racks and cups - clinical laboratory reagents for chemistry analyzers - HbA1c testing reagents for HbA1c analyzers - hematology test reagents for hematology analyzers. Open competitive procurement uses Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure through Punjab E-Procurement, with lot-wise e-bidding and cumulative price evaluation for the total estimated quantity. Bidders must quote all items in the selected lot, and omission of any item leads to rejection.
