Supply Installation Fire Fighting System Tender Notice
Description
Supply and installation of a fire fighting system at a tower facility, including the required equipment, materials and installation works in accordance with the bidding requirements. Technical and financial bids are invited through the Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Process using Punjab E-Procurement. Bid documents are available electronically and bids must be uploaded and submitted through the e-procurement system only. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required through 1Link or Bank Guarantee options digitally using the generated PSID. Prices must include all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Bidders must provide valid NTN and GST registration certificates. Technical bids are opened in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives, while financial bids of only technically qualified bidders are opened at a date and time to be announced subsequently.
