Construction Monument U Turn Al Hilal Tender Notice
Description
Construction of a monument at the U-Turn near Al-Hilal in Multan Industrial Estate. Sealed bids are invited from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above with specialized codes CE01, CE9 and CE10 and relevant experience. Bidding is conducted under PPRA Rules 2014 on a Single Stage-One Envelope basis. Bidding documents are available free of cost through PPRA, PIEDMC and Punjab e-Procurement platforms. Bids must be submitted electronically by 16 September 2026 at 3:00 PM and opened at 3:30 PM the same day. Bid security is Rs. 105,952, representing 5% of the estimated procurement price, and must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System; physical CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee is not accepted. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or improperly submitted bids will not be considered. Bidders must not be blacklisted by PPRA or the procuring agency.
