Description
Procurement of two hand hygiene kiosks on DDP basis for PKLI Lahore. E-bids are invited from original manufacturers, foreign or local manufacturers, distributors and general order suppliers in Pakistan registered with income tax and sales tax authorities. The estimated procurement amount is Rs. 697,000 and bid security is 2% amounting to Rs. 13,940, to be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in the prescribed manner, with CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order specified as bid security forms. Bidding follows the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. E-bids must be submitted online by 15 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders representatives. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 1 September 2026 at 11:00 AM in the conference room of the supply department Tower-A. Hard copies are not required, bid validity is 180 days from opening, and procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
