Procurement of IT equipment and related accessories for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute & Research Center under Bid Reference PRO-133-2026. E-bids are invited from original manufacturers, distributors, partners or service providers in Pakistan registered with income tax and sales tax authorities. The procurement comprises 17 lots with an estimated cost of Rs. 70,120,977. Bidding follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost and must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System; physical CDR or bank guarantee is not accepted. Delivery terms are DDP as per Annexure A. Bids must be submitted online by 10 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Bid validity is 180 days from opening.
