Biochemistry Laboratory Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of laboratory equipment for the Department of Biochemistry under NRPU Project #114774-38 through EPADS using the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure. Eligible firms and companies must be registered with relevant tax authorities including FBR and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List for Income Tax and Sales Tax, with KPRA registration where applicable. Separate Technical and Financial Bids must be submitted through EPADS. Bid security or earnest money equivalent to 2% of the quoted bid cost is required in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt issued by a scheduled bank in favour of the Treasurer, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan. A non-refundable tender document fee of Rs. 2,000 in the form of Demand Draft or Pay Order in favour of Treasurer AWKUM is required. The bid submission deadline is 15.09.2026 at 10:00 AM and opening is at 11:00 AM. Original tender fee instrument and CDR must be submitted physically to the Procurement Office and scanned copies uploaded on EPADS.
