Construction and development of water supply schemes in Quetta and surrounding areas including drilling and development of bores - supply and installation of solar systems - providing and laying of HDPE or pipe lines - civil works. The works cover Abdullah Khan Schemes Quetta - WSS Abdul Rehman Shah Street Abdul Tahoor Killi Almas Quetta - WSS Cantonment Ward-III - WSS Jan Mohammed Road Gujjar Mohallah Quetta - WSS Shawakha Road Quetta - WSS Shamir Double Road Quetta - WSS Ward I Cantonment Hanna Bypass - WSS Malik Ghani Killi Malezai Kuchalak Quetta - WSS Killi Asmat Ullah Dummar Tareen Shair Nawa Killi Area. Procurement follows Baluchistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 using Single Stage One Envelop Procedure. Eligible contractors require three years relevant work experience in the Public Health Engineering Department, at least three years financial turnover demonstrating capacity, valid NTN, Sales Tax Department and Baluchistan Revenue Authority/BSTS registration, and valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category with 2026-2027 renewal fee deposited. Tender fee is Rs. 1,000 for each work and bid security or earnest money is 2% in the form of call deposit. Tender documents are issued up to 07.09.2026 at 11:00 AM, bids are submitted by 07.09.2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 12:00 PM. Original contractors with original CNIC may participate and agents or representatives are not allowed.
