Provision for outsourcing of janitorial services for the financial year 2026-27 at Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Wazirabad. The estimated cost is 77,706,204 and refundable earnest money is required at 2% of the estimated cost of the quoted item in the form of CDR. Bidding will be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Eligible registered bidders must submit bids online according to the bidding documents and detailed specifications. Late bids will not be accepted by the online system.
