Development of two tube wells inside Ayub Teaching Hospital premises through the KP-EPADS system under KP-PPRA Procurement Rules 2014. The bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope with bid security of 2% of the bid in the form of CDR. Bids must be uploaded through EPADS and the original bid security, original non-refundable tender fee receipt of Rs. 1,500 or bank draft in favour of the Hospital Director, and required attested stamp paper must be physically submitted before the closing date and time.
