Local Purchase Medicines Medical Supplies Tender Notice
Description
General local purchase under SSP, Zakat, Bait-ul-Mal and Lil Sail-E-Wal Mehroom for drugs, medicines, medical devices, surgical disposables and non-drug items other than specialized items. The procurement is conducted through KP-EPADS under KP-PPRA Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security is PKR 1,000,000 in the form specified in the bidding documents. Bids must be uploaded through EPADS and original bid security, original non-refundable tender fee receipt of Rs. 1,500 or bank draft in favour of the Hospital Director, and required attested stamp paper must be physically submitted before the closing date and time. The bid closes on 15.09.2026 at 10:30 Hrs and opens at 11:00 Hrs. A pre-bid meeting for serial numbers 1 to 6 is scheduled for 03.09.2026 at 10:00 Hrs.
