Annual Repair Maintenance Works Tender Notice
Description
Annual repair and maintenance works for 2026-27 through e-PADS on the basis of MES Schedule of Rates 2025, amended up to date, using percentage above, below or at par basis for scheduled items and market item rate basis for non-scheduled items under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Bidders must be contractors or firms having valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category for 2026-27 and be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bid security of 6,700,000.00 is required and bid validity shall be 306 days. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM.
