Construction Installation Consultancy Services Tender Notice
Description
Undertake construction, left over works, provision and installation of residential and non-residential buildings, services and facilities, along with consultancy services for design and resident engineer supervision for certain works at DCI Islamabad. Applications for pre-qualification and bidding are invited from firms and contractors enlisted with MES; firms not enlisted with MES must provide 2% earnest money of contract cost through CDR or Defence Saving Certificates pledged in favour of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad. Bidding documents will be issued only to qualified contractors. Applications are invited from 28 August 2026 onward, and sealed bids shall be received and evaluated according to the bidding documents. The sealed bids will be opened at 1400 hours in the presence of authorized representatives.
