Adc Office Maintenance Repair Tender Notice
Description
Maintenance and repair works at the ADC office in Jauharabad, District Khushab, with an estimated cost of PKR 1.543 million and earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated cost amounting to PKR 77,150. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab PPRA E-Tendering System. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category and codes and be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement system. Bidders must submit complete tender documents electronically and quote rates against every item of the DNIT and BOQs, including complete rate analysis, summary and sub-summary pages; incomplete financial bids will be treated as non-responsive. Bid security of 5% must be submitted through the prescribed online or digital mechanism. Bids will be retrieved on 16-09-2026 at 11:00 AM and quoted rates and successful bidders will be announced at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. The successful bidder must furnish a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount through the prescribed electronic mechanism.
