Abandoned Office Structure Addition Alteration Tender Notice
Description
Addition and alteration works for an abandoned structure situated at the former PMU office at Sabzazar. The estimated cost is PKR 2,845,710 and digital bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost, amounting to PKR 85,371.30, is required. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-procurement system using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible contractors, firms and companies must be registered on the e-procurement system and hold active filer NTN and PNTN status. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically by uploading PDF files, and only technically responsive bidders will proceed to financial bid opening. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day, while financial bids of technically non-responsive bidders will remain unopened. Bidders must quote rates against each entry and item of DNIT and BOQs, and bids must remain valid for 120 days. Corrupt, unreadable or virus-infected electronic submissions will be rejected.
