Polythene Sheet Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and supply of polythene sheets for the financial year 2026-27 on an annual framework contract basis. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 2,223,600 and bid security equal to 2%, amounting to PKR 44,472, is required. Procurement will be conducted through open competitive bidding on the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible well-reputed and financially sound firms, general order suppliers, dealers and manufacturers must be registered with relevant income tax, sales tax, Punjab sales tax and professional tax authorities where applicable. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day, and only technically qualified firms will proceed to financial bid opening. Sample submission is mandatory and samples will be evaluated according to required specifications. The successful supplier must deliver the items to the designated site within the period stated in the purchase order. The procuring agency may increase or decrease the required quantity by up to 15%.
