Bara Flyover Construction Tender Notice
Description
Construction of Bara Flyover under the improvement, rehabilitation and construction programme for various roads and bridges in Jamrud, Bara and Landikotal for 2026-27. The estimated bid security including stamp duty is PKR 20,040,000, and a non-refundable bid entry fee of PKR 300,000 at 0.03% of the estimated cost is required. Procurement will be conducted through EPADS using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals. Eligible bidders must be enlisted with the C&W Department and hold the required PEC category C-2 registration, active FBR status, active KPRA registration, valid PEC licence and current C&W enlistment. Original Call Deposit Receipt, stamp duty and bid entry fee must be submitted as required, along with an affidavit confirming the authenticity of the CDR. Technical proposals and required financial securities must be uploaded through EPADS. Bidding will be conducted on an above or below basis against the BOQ and engineer's estimate. Joint ventures are allowed according to applicable rules. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 21-09-2026 at 11:00 AM at the C&W Highway Division Khyber office. Financial bids will be opened after approval of technical bids.
