Forest Processing Nursery Facilities Construction Tender Notice
Description
Construction works under projects for conservation and value chain development of local honey bees and high-value chilghoza pine forests, including construction of a boundary wall at Tehsil Road nursery Haripur - construction of a processing unit and display center at Hazara Kohistan - and construction of a boundary wall for the processing unit at Hazara Kohistan. Estimated costs are PKR 6.785 million, PKR 14.160 million and PKR 2.160 million respectively, with 2% earnest money in the form of Call Deposit. Procurement will be conducted through EPADS under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible contractors and firms must maintain registration with EPADS, PEC for 2026-2027, active KPRA registration and active FBR NTN registration. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS along with hard copies delivered to the specified office, and the financial proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. The authorized person must sign and stamp the proposal. Additional bid security may be required where a successful bid is quoted more than 10% below the engineer's estimate. Testing material costs will be borne by the contractor and applicable taxes will be deducted according to government rules.
