Development of two tube wells - repair and renovation of doctor family hostel - construction of a water filtration plant - repair and renovation of new nursing hostel - repair, renovation and civil works of tube well rooms - renovation and upgradation of CCU and cardiac OPD - repair and renovation of medical officers hostel - repair, renovation and upgradation of paediatric wards and toilets in the MCHC building - repair and renovation of bathrooms and main sewerage lines with manholes of male house officers and paramedic hostel - repair of building joints - construction, repair and replacement of sewerage lines - leftover works at ground floor lecture halls including one auditorium - repair and renovation of PD hostel - electrical maintenance and repair works - and purchase of maintenance tools.
