Wildlife Management Machinery Equipment Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and supply of machinery and equipment for implementation of a national park management plan, including tranquilizer guns - heavy-duty photocopier machines - and survey equipment. The estimated costs are PKR 1.400 million, PKR 0.800 million and PKR 1.000 million respectively, with separate 2% bid securities of PKR 28,000, PKR 16,000 and PKR 20,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipts. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through EPADS on a lot-wise basis. Eligible reputed and experienced firms must hold income tax and sales tax registration, provide active tax registration status, a national identity card copy, affidavit regarding non-involvement in court cases with the department and other relevant documentation. Electronic bids and readable scanned documents must be uploaded through EPADS, while original bid security and original no-litigation or non-blacklisting certificate executed on E-Stamp paper must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked Financial Proposal through registered courier. Separate bid securities are required for each lot. Bids will be opened at 12:30 Hours on the same day in the presence of suppliers or representatives. Successful bidders must obtain approval of samples and specifications before supply, and bid validity is 120 days from closing.
