Description
Procurement of urology equipment - tissue fusion and vessel sealing systems - eye equipment - ENT and electro surgical units for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, requiring technical and financial bids from eligible bidders registered for income and sales tax and reflected on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR. Bid security equal to 2% is required, with the original Call Deposit Receipt and prescribed physical form submitted separately in the required manner. Relevant mandatory documents and bid security must be uploaded with the electronic bid, while bids submitted by hand, post, courier, email or fax will not be accepted. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 08-09-2026 at 12:00 Noon, and technical bids will be opened at 12:00 Noon.
