Solar Bore Sanitation Infrastructure Construction Tender Notice
Description
Construction of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes including installation of solar-based small scale bores, bore holes, platforms, solar systems, tube wells, street drains and sewer lines in multiple urban and rural union councils, including Dewala, Muryali, Kotla Sadian, city union councils, PHED office premises and Mohala Adam Khel Wanda Meherdil. Estimated costs range from PKR 3.182 million to PKR 205.679 million. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through EPADS, requiring technical and financial bids to be uploaded electronically. Bid security equal to 2% of the bid cost and mandatory stamp duty deposits must be provided through call deposit, with required original deposits submitted in a sealed financial bid envelope. Failure to submit required hard-copy deposits may result in rejection or debarment, while unreadable electronic submissions will be treated as non-responsive. Financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation and bids of unqualified participants will remain unopened. Bids will be opened at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or representatives.
