Provision Of Short Code Sms Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of short code SMS services through a contract initially for one year and extendable for two further yearly terms. Eligible service providers, companies and bidders dealing in SMS services must be registered with relevant registration and tax authorities including income tax, sales tax or Punjab sales tax authorities. Bids will be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 70380 against an estimated cost of Rs. 3519000 including applicable taxes, must be submitted online against the generated PSID. Bids will be opened online at 02:30 PM on the closing date in the presence of bidder representatives who choose to attend. Bid validity is 120 days.
