Description
Maintenance and repair works for Additional Deputy Commissioner offices in Mandi Bahauddin on an item-rate basis under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must be enlisted or renewed with PEC for the current financial year in the relevant category and possess the requisite specifications and codes. Complete tender documents must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System and manual bids will not be accepted. A 5% bid security of Rs. 204400 must be submitted electronically through the prescribed system and bidders must quote rates against every DNIT and BOQ item and complete rate analysis, summary and sub-summary pages. Incomplete financial bids will be declared non-responsive. Online bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the closing date. The successful bidder must furnish a 10% performance guarantee of the contract amount within 15 days.
