Laboratory Storage Processing Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of laboratory equipment comprising an imported slide storage cabinet - slide printer with scanner - and desktop heavy duty bio sealer. E-bids are invited from vendors and firms registered with income tax and sales tax authorities under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System and hard copies are not required. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount must be submitted electronically, including Rs. 33150 for the slide storage cabinet, Rs. 158820 for the slide printer with scanner and Rs. 17439 for the desktop heavy duty bio sealer. Bidders must be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the closing date, and bid validity is 180 days from opening. Delivery terms are CIF/DDP PKLI Lahore.
