Maintenance and repair works for Additional Deputy Commissioner Superintendent offices in Gujrat on item-rate basis under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible contractors and engineering firms must be enlisted or renewed with PEC for the current financial year in the relevant category and possess the requisite PEC licence specifications and codes. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System and manual bids will not be accepted. A 5% bid security of Rs. 321200 must be submitted electronically through the system, and bidders must quote rates against each DNIT and BOQ item and completely fill rate analysis, summary and sub-summary pages. Incomplete financial bids will be declared non-responsive. Online bids will be opened at 01:00 PM on the closing date in the presence of intending contractors or authorized representatives. The successful bidder must furnish a 10% performance guarantee of the contract amount within 15 days.
