Cloud Based Contact Centre Solution Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procure a cloud-based Software as a Service contact centre solution for an in-house call centre supporting corporate health insurance operations. Eligible and qualified firms and vendors are invited under the Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure. Sealed or electronic bids must comply with the prescribed procurement requirements, with bid security of Rs. 100000 submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instrument is specified as acceptable for bid security submission. The successful bidder must furnish a performance guarantee equivalent to 5% of the total quoted contract value. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA Punjab website. Bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the closing date.
