Servicing Of Equipment And Utility Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of services for general servicing of gymnasium equipment - general servicing of technical gadgets - plumbing services - cleanliness of overhead reservoir. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure using the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders including firms, companies and sole proprietors engaged in supply of relevant goods or services must be registered with relevant registration and tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax, possess a professional tax certificate for financial year 2026-27 and be registered on the e-Procurement System. Separate participation is permitted for individual lots or all lots, with rates quoted separately for each service lot and failure to quote any required item rendering the bid non-responsive. Bid security of 3% is required electronically for each respective lot. Technical and financial bids must be completed, signed and stamped and submitted online. Successful bidders shall provide performance guarantee equal to 10% of the total contract value.
