Execute special repair, maintenance and rehabilitation works including repair and maintenance of officers residences and bachelor flats - maintenance and repair of additional District and Session Courts and Courts Complex including wall paneling, false ceiling, tile work, sanitary and electrical work - establishment works for selected library rooms at Judicial Court Complex - repair and maintenance of residences in Officer Colony Noor Mahal Road - maintenance of staff colony quarters. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure on item-rate basis against each BOQ item with accurate totals. Eligible contractors and firms must be enlisted or renewed with PEC for financial year 2026-27 in the relevant category, specification and code, registered on the e-Procurement System, and submit electronically generated bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost; physical CDR shall not be accepted. PEC licence documents on letterhead are required for the Tender Opening Committee. Quoted rates exceeding or below approved estimated cost, or containing arithmetically incorrect grand totals, may be treated as non-responsive. Performance guarantee shall be required from the successful bidder.
