Procurement Of Furniture And Fixtures Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture and fixtures on framework contract basis through Punjab e-Procurement System, comprising computer chairs - file racks - office almirahs - office chairs - medium office tables - large office tables - small office tables - single beds - workstations - side tables for single beds. Eligible firms, companies and sole proprietors must be engaged in supply of goods or services of the same nature, registered with relevant registration and tax authorities, hold income tax, sales tax and Punjab sales tax registrations, possess a professional tax certificate for FY 2026-27, and be registered on the e-Procurement System. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure. Bidders may participate in one or multiple lots and must quote rates for every item in the relevant lot. Samples must be submitted before bid opening. Bid security at 3% of the respective lot amount must be submitted electronically. Technical and financial bids must be completed, signed and stamped and submitted online. Successful bidders must provide a performance guarantee of 10% of the total contract value.
