Auction Dry Fallen Trees Tender Notice
Description
Public auction of 763 trees of various sizes located within the premises and boundary area, including 16 Shisham trees and 747 dry, fallen and miscellaneous trees, with an approximate volume of 2904.06 cubic feet. Bidders must submit Rs. 100,000 as CDR or Pay Order in favour of the Principal as bidding security; cash will not be accepted. The successful bidder must be registered for income tax and sales tax and must not be blacklisted by TEVTA or any other institution. The successful bidder shall deposit the required auction amount and applicable government taxes within seven days after approval and provide the relevant receipts. The successful bidder shall also deposit one-tenth of the total auction amount as security, remove the auctioned trees including roots, protect institutional property and compensate for any damage caused during removal.
