Description
Supply of fresh and dry ration on a daily basis for various centres under the supervision of the Social Welfare, Special Education and Women Empowerment Department, District Dir Lower, for financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure, with financial and technical proposals submitted in one sealed envelope through PADS online. Bidders must provide proof of registration under a federal or provincial registration law showing the nature of the firm’s business, and must be registered for income tax, sales tax and KPRA, hold an active status on the ATL list, and possess a valid licence certificate from the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety and Halal Food Authority under Section 15 of the KPFS&HFA Act, 2014. Tender documents may be obtained through PADS upon payment of Rs. 2,500 tender document fee. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt at 2% of the total budget must accompany the financial proposal. Bidders must submit a bank-manager-certified bank statement as evidence of financial stability and an affidavit on stamp paper confirming that the firm is not a defaulter of any government or private organization. The successful firm shall supply all ration items to centres located in District Dir Lower on FOR basis.
