Supply Medicines Annual Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Annual framework contract for supply of medicines on M:20 basis during financial year 2026-27 on FOR basis. Eligible pharmacies must be registered with regulatory bodies and E-Procurement PPRA, have active sales tax and income tax registration, established technical, financial and managerial capabilities, and must not be blacklisted. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure with technical and financial proposals uploaded separately through E-Procurement. The estimated contract cost is Rs. 17,700,000 and bid security of 2% amounting to Rs. 354,000 in the form of CDR or bank guarantee is required electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical and financial proposal requirements shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules and E-PADS regulations.
