Development Plan For Shalimar Gardens Tender Notice
Description
Implementation of a six months development plan for Shalimar Gardens comprising an area of about 40 acres. Eligible contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement shall use the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure, requiring separate scanned technical and financial bids and online item rates through the Punjab e-Procurement System; manual bids will not be accepted. The estimated cost is Rs. 9,985,300 with bid security of Rs. 199,706 equivalent to 2% of the estimated amount, to be submitted electronically. The contract completion period is six months.
