Purchase General Store Items Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of general store items under a framework contract through the Punjab e-Procurement System using single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Registered bidders and firms must upload complete electronic bids with all required documents and bid security equal to 2% of the estimated bid value in the form of CDR or bank guarantee, with scanned copy of original bid security attached with the technical bid. Bids shall be opened at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room MCH Block. All bid pages must be signed and stamped, the tender title must be clearly mentioned on the first page, and bids must contain a proper index and checklist. Fake or forged documents may result in disqualification or blacklisting.
