Procurement Of Stationery And General Stores Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of stationery, computer stationery, IT stationery and general store items for various health facilities and programs for financial year 2026-27 on framework contract basis through open competitive bidding. Bidders shall quote competitive prices on delivered duty paid or cost and freight basis at the consignee end as specified in bidding documents. Procurement shall follow single stage two envelope bidding procedure and complete bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security of not less than 5% of the estimated procurement price as specified in bidding documents must be submitted electronically; physical CDR, pay order or bank guarantee shall not be accepted. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
