Description
Procurement involving the supply and installation of textile engineering laboratory equipment through the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible manufacturers and authorized suppliers registered with relevant taxation authorities and listed as active taxpayers may participate. Tender documents may be obtained against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,500 through Bank Challan, Pay Order or Demand Draft, with an additional Rs. 300 courier charge for out-station firms requiring hard copies. Bids must be supported by earnest money of at least 2% of the total bid value in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Banker's Cheque. Sealed bids must clearly state the tender title and be submitted to the Directorate of Procurement. Bid submission closes on 2026-09-15 at 03:00 PM and bids will open on the same date at 03:30 PM.
