Cleaning And Sweeping Services For Authority Areas Tender Notice
Description
Provision of cleaning and sweeping services for designated authority areas, offices and housing complex for the period 2026-28 through EPADS v2.0. The procurement will use Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form specified in the bidding documents, including Pay Order or Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. E-bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by 2026-09-24 at 11:30 AM and will open on the same day at 12:00 PM; manual submissions will not be accepted. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-09-04 at 11:30 AM in the DG (Admin) Conference Room, Administration Block 3.
