Vaccine Production Materials Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for financial year 2026-27 covering hardware - plant and machinery - furniture and fixtures - media and chemicals - drugs and medicines - glassware and instruments - bottles - packing cartons for bottles - adhesive stickers for vaccines - feed for livestock and laboratory animals. Procurement will be conducted electronically through EPADS under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Detailed quantities and specifications are provided in the Schedule of Requirements. Bidders must be registered with all relevant tax authorities and submit technical brochures and all mandatory documents specified in the tender documents. Bid security equal to 2.5% is required, with a copy uploaded through EPADS and the original refundable bid security submitted to the specified office before the deadline. Bids must be submitted electronically by 2026-09-24 at 02:00 PM and will open on the same day at 02:30 PM. Bid validity is 90 days and may be extended under applicable SPPRA Rules.
