Transport Maintenance Lubricants Livestock Procurement Tender Notice

Framework contract procurement for financial year 2026-27 covering transport - repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment - lubricants and POL charges - purchase of livestock. Estimated amounts are Rs. 20 million for transport, Rs. 15 million for repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment, Rs. 3 million for lubricants and POL charges, and Rs. 3 million for livestock. Procurement will be conducted through open competitive bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Eligible well-reputed and financially sound firms, bidders, companies, general order suppliers, manufacturers and authorized agents, dealers, suppliers or distributors with relevant experience and required tax registrations may participate. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately online, with rates inclusive of all taxes. E-bids must be submitted by 2026-09-15 at 11:00 AM, and technical proposals will open on 2026-09-15 at 11:30 AM while financial proposals will open after technical evaluation. Bid security of 3% of the respective estimated amount must be deposited electronically through PSID and the prescribed Bank of Punjab payment mechanism. Successful bidders must provide a 5% performance guarantee.
