Prequalification Distributors Pharmacies Medicines Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of distributors and pharmacies for procurement of unquoted items of bulk formulary medicines for PKLI & RC Lahore, with an estimated cost of PKR 139,294,744. Eligible vendors and firms must be registered with income tax and sales tax authorities and with the Punjab E-Procurement System. E-bids shall be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the PPRA 2014 bidding procedure; hard copies are not required. Technical and financial bidding shall follow the applicable Single Stage Single Envelope procurement procedure. Bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount against quoted items in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order, submitted electronically in the prescribed manner. Bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM, and the bid validity period is 180 days from the opening date.
