Description
Walk-in registration of bidders is invited for Limited Purchase through Quotation (LPQ) and Local Purchase on Day to Day basis (LPDD) for medicines - surgical disposables - laboratory items and related supplies. Registration documents may be obtained from the Purchase Office and must contain attested terms and conditions. Applicants must submit a refundable Performance Guarantee of Rs. 35,000 in favour of the Medical Superintendent along with registration documents, and no documents will be accepted without the required guarantee. Vendors must submit their company profile and nominate an authorized representative with name, CNIC and contact number. Documents must be clearly marked for walk-in registration of bidder for LPQ or LPDD procurement of medicines, surgical disposables and laboratory items. Documents shall be submitted to the Purchase Office by 11:30 AM and the interview will be held at 12:30 PM on the same day. In case of a public holiday or other disruption, the next official working day shall be deemed the registration date with the same time and venue.
