Sealed tenders are invited from registered reputed manufacturers, suppliers and authorized agents for the supply of UPS batteries - workstations - 19 liter mineral bottled drinking water - TVs - electric water dispensers - telephone exchanges - cosmic watch detectors - computers - computer tables - toner cartridges and ink cartridges - file covers, file wrappers and file folders - flasks, glass bottles and volumetric flasks - gloves and masks - beakers, vials and burettes - shoes - duster cloth and cotton rags - vacuum chucks - refrigerators - toner cartridges and re-transfer film - pipes - plates and tubes - strips. Tender document fees range from Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 5,000 depending upon the respective tender item. Tender documents may be downloaded by registered suppliers and firms from the designated website, and offers shall be submitted according to the guidelines provided therein. Technical and financial offers must be submitted at the addresses mentioned in the relevant Invitation to Tender, with tender documents duly signed and stamped and accompanied by a covering letter on the firm letterhead.
